Ltd. ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

 

These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

IF YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW IS IN NEED OF CERTAIN IMMEDIATE HELP, PLEASE APPROACH LOCALLY AVAILABLE RESOURCES.  IF YOU ARE LIKELY TO CAUSE DEATH OR INJURY TO YOURSELF OR SOMEONE ELSE, PLEASE SEEK HELP FROM LOCAL EMEGENCY SERVICES LIKE SUICIDE HELPLINE, POLICE OR HOSPITALS.

 

HOPE DOCTORS ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE AT ANY TIME

Purchases

 

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card, debit card, online wallet and net banking details.
 

Subscriptions

 

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring subscription.

 

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the content you upload.

 

Links To Other Web Sites Our Service may contain links to third-­party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Mental Wellness Counselling Pvt. Ltd. Mental Wellness Counselling Pvt. Ltd. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

 

Confidentiality

 

All sessions will be conducted in the strictest confidence and all information concerning your counselling, including anything discussed between you and a mental wellness expert, will remain confidential between the two of you. The only exceptions to this, where confidentiality may need to be broken, are if:

• You have given us consent in writing/email

• Your life or safety, or that of another person, is seriously threatened;

• Disclosure is required by law;

• If you are a minor, the information may be shared with your parents/guardian

• The details of cases will never be shared with your employer even if the sessions are paid for by your employer.

 

If there is a need for confidentiality to be broken, we will make every effort, where feasible and legally acceptable, to discuss the matter with you before talking to anyone else.

 

 

You further acknowledge and agree that Mental Wellness Counselling Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

 

 

Changes

 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 14 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
